スウェーデンのダニエル王子殿下、南学正臣日本腎臓学会理事長を訪問

スウェーデンのダニエル王子殿下が、2025年10月14日に南学正臣日本腎臓学会理事長を訪問されました。ダニエル王子は、腎臓病対策の熱心な支援者であり、国際腎臓学会前理事長でもある南学日本腎臓学会理事長と、世界の腎臓病対策について意見交換を行いました。

His Royal Highness, Prince Daniel of Sweden, visited Masaomi Nangaku, President of the JSN, on October 14, 2025. His Royal Highness is an enthusiastic supporter of global kidney health. His Royal Highness discussed global kidney health with Masaomi Nangaku, who is also Immediate Past President of the ISN.

ダニエル王子は、腎臓病の早期発見と予防の重要性を強調し、腎臓病に関する意識を高めるための啓発活動が不可欠であると指摘しました。また、腎移植の推進の重要性も強調されました。さらに、2026年3月28日から31日に横浜で開催される World Congress of Nephrologyの成功を心から祈念されました。

Prince Daniel emphasized the importance of early detection and prevention of kidney disease, noting that advocacy to raise awareness is critical. He also highlighted the importance of promoting kidney transplantation. Further, he warmly wished every success for the World Congress of Nephrology 2026, to be held in Yokohama from March 28-31.
