Dear Naoki Kashihara,

We wanted to thank you for relaying the WCN2017 campaign. As mentioned in our communication to you early November, we'll also need your help to share information about the Early Bird deadline. The closing date of January 23rd is fast approaching. You will find here the emailer you can send out to your network & contacts so they can benefit from the reduced rate.

We would appreciate you circulating the news to your membership. In order to help you with it, a set of ready-to-use WCN2017 material to download (banners, program, flyers, slides, logo and descriptors) is available to you HERE. The files will allow you to display banners, add a slide to your presentation, share flyers and programs as well as add content to your website and social media platforms. Feel free to link www.wcn2017.org to your website, newsletter and emails. Do not hesitate getting in touch if you have questions or specific requirements.

Thank you for your help in sharing the information!
